Design for Culture Change

The scope involved leading a team of researchers to help a historic hotel meet the needs of an evolving culture. Our team built a research plan, held interviews, focus groups, conducted surveys, and shadowed employees.


Over time, we created sessions that led the diverse user groups through the co-creation of strategies that encouraged listening, growth, and envisioning a workplace that prioritized trust, respect, and innovation.
